ดร.หลุยส์จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกด้านการสื่อสารองค์กรจากมหาวิทยาลัย Ohio ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และยังได้รับประกาศนียบัตรและวุฒิการศึกษาด้านอื่น ๆ อีกหลายแขนง เขาเป็นกรรมการในสมาคมวิชาชีพหลายแห่ง เช่น สมาคม PMAT ชมรม HCM ของสมาคมบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย และมูลนิธิพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในราชการ

Coach Luis (Dr. Luis Kristhanin) A strategist who believes in the power of communication to transform organizations—and people.
Coach Luis is a seasoned executive, organization development expert, and executive coach with over 35 years of professional experience at both national and international levels. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, human capital management, and integrated communication.
His impressive career includes key leadership roles such as Assistant Chairman of the Executive Committee at CP ALL Group, Vice President at Panyapiwat Institute of Management, and Head of Asia-Pacific Leadership Consulting at Aon Hewitt. He also served as Director of Graduate Studies in Organization Development at Assumption University and held earlier leadership positions in the private sector.
Dr. Luis earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, USA, and holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications. He actively contributes to several professional organizations, including the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), the Human Capital Management Club under the Thai Listed Companies Association, and the Thai Innovative Administration Foundation.
His coaching philosophy is rooted in the art of deep listening and purposeful communication. Coach Luis believes that powerful pitching isn’t about flashy words—it’s about aligning people, ideas, and intentions to move forward together.
This year, he joins MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 as a Pitching Coach, ready to share his wisdom and guide young changemakers to find their voice—so they can pitch with purpose, and speak in a way that inspires belief in who they are, what they stand for and what they can do.
