โค้ชเปิ้ลคือผู้หญิงที่ทำงานเคียงข้างเด็กและครอบครัวด้วยหัวใจที่เปี่ยมด้วยความเข้าใจ เธอเป็นนักจิตวิทยา ผู้พิพากษาสมทบศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว จ.นนทบุรี และรองประธานมูลนิธิเดอะเรนโบว์รูม องค์กรที่ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเชิงบวกต่อความหลากหลายทางการเรียนรู้
เส้นทางของโค้ชเปิ้ลเริ่มจากครู ก่อนจะศึกษาต่อด้านจิตวิทยาในสหรัฐอเมริกา และกลับมาทำงานในตำแหน่งนักจิตวิทยาที่กรมสุขภาพจิต กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เธอเป็นที่ปรึกษา วิทยากร และนักบำบัดที่ได้รับเชิญไปทำงานในโรงเรียน สถานพินิจ และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ
เธอร่วมก่อตั้งมูลนิธิเดอะเรนโบว์รูมเพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้เด็ก ๆ ที่มีความต้องการพิเศษได้เติบโตอย่างเข้าใจ และในบทบาทที่ศาลเยาวชนฯ เธอดูแลกิจกรรมบำบัดเพื่อเยียวยาและเสริมสร้างพลังภายในให้เด็ก ๆ กลับมาตั้งหลักและก้าวต่อไปได้

Coach Ple (Voranunt Prasertmeth)
A psychologist who sees every child as uniquely valuable and capable of growing strong with the right support
Coach Ple has spent her life working closely with children and families—with empathy, insight, and a deep belief in human potential. She is a licensed psychologist, an associate judge at the Juvenile and Family Court of Nonthaburi Province, and the vice president of the Rainbow Room Foundation, which advocates for neurodiversity and inclusive education.
Her journey began as a school teacher. She later earned a master’s degree in psychology from the U.S. and returned to serve as a government psychologist at the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health. Since then, she has become a sought-after therapist, speaker, and counselor, working with schools, juvenile facilities, and community programs across Thailand.
She co-founded the Rainbow Room Foundation to create safe spaces for children with developmental differences to grow with confidence. In her role at the juvenile court, she leads restorative and therapeutic programs to help young people regain direction and reconnect with their inner strengths.
Coach Ple believes that every child has inherent worth. When children are supported to do what they’re good at, taught to pursue knowledge with discipline, encouraged to follow their own purpose, and nurtured with emotional resilience—they can face life with clarity and courage.
This year, she joins MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 as a Pitching Coach—empowering young voices to speak with purpose, pride, and trust in who they are.
