เมนเทอร์เอด้า ต้นแบบแห่งความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนรู้ และลงมือทำประโยชน์เพื่อสังคม
เมนเทอร์เอด้า จิรไพศาลกุล เติบโตในครอบครัวที่เชื่อมั่นในพลังของการศึกษาและการอุทิศตนเพื่อสังคม เส้นทางชีวิตของเธอจึงเต็มไปด้วยการลงมือทำเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลง เริ่มต้นจากช่วงเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ที่เธอและเพื่อนร่วมรุ่นร่วมกันริเริ่มกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม จนกลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของเครือข่าย Thai Young Philanthropist Network (TYPN) ซึ่งเป็นเวทีของคนรุ่นใหม่ที่มุ่งพัฒนาไทยอย่างทั่วถึงและยั่งยืน
หลังเรียนจบด้วยเกียรตินิยมอันดับสองภายในเวลา 3 ปีครึ่ง เอด้าเคยทำงานที่ Boston Consulting Group (BCG) และได้รับทุนไปศึกษาต่อด้านนโยบายเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศที่ Columbia University สหรัฐอเมริกา กลับมาไทย เธอมีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลักดันนโยบายสาธารณะด้านนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมที่สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ก่อนจะตัดสินใจไปเรียนต่อด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนที่ University College London ประเทศอังกฤษ ด้วยทุน British Chevening
เมื่อกลับมา เมนเทอร์เอด้าเลือกทำงานด้าน “การเปลี่ยนแปลงจากรากฐาน” อย่างจริงจัง เธอเคยเป็นอาจารย์ด้านการประกอบการสังคม (Social Entrepreneurship) ที่วิทยาลัยโลกคดีศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และยังบริหาร TYPN ควบคู่กัน ก่อนจะมุ่งหน้าสู่งานภาคประชาสังคมเต็มตัวใน เทใจ TaejaiDotcom ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร นำทีมขับเคลื่อนแพลตฟอร์มระดมทุนเพื่อสังคมที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย ซึ่งระดมเงินบริจาคได้แล้วกว่า 500 ล้านบาท เพื่อสนับสนุนกว่า 1,200 โครงการทั่วประเทศ
เมนเทอร์เอด้าเชื่อว่า “สังคมที่ดีเริ่มต้นจากพลเมืองที่ลุกขึ้นมามีส่วนร่วม” เธอมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษา ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ และสร้างเครือข่ายผู้นำรุ่นใหม่จากทุกภาคส่วน และในปีนี้ ทีมงาน MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon – Season 2 รู้สึกยินดีอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับ ต้นแบบแห่งความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนรู้และลงมือทำเพื่อสังคม อย่างเมนเทอร์เอด้า มาร่วมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้น้องๆ ที่มีหัวใจอยากเปลี่ยนแปลงประเทศไทยของเราและโลกให้ดีขึ้น
Mentor Ada – A Role Model of Lifelong Learning and Purposeful Action for Society
Ada Chirapaisarnkul’s life reflects a deep commitment to learning and creating impact for society. Growing up in a family that valued education and service, Ada’s path has been shaped by the belief that every citizen can make a difference.
As an undergraduate at Thammasat University, she co-founded what would become the Thai Young Philanthropist Network (TYPN)—a pioneering community of young people dedicated to inclusive and sustainable development. Her work earned her recognition as one of Thammasat’s outstanding student leaders in 2003. After graduating with honors in just 3.5 years, Ada briefly joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before receiving a scholarship to pursue a master’s in international economic policy at Columbia University.
Back in Thailand, she served as head of the Social Innovation Unit at the Prime Minister’s Office and helped draft Thailand’s first social enterprise master plan. Realizing the limitations of policy-driven change alone, she pursued a second master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development at University College London, supported by the British Chevening Scholarship.
Upon returning, Ada shifted her focus to grassroots transformation—teaching social entrepreneurship at Thammasat’s School of Global Studies, leading TYPN, and later becoming CEO of TaejaiDotcom, Thailand’s largest crowdgiving platform. Under her leadership, Taejai has raised over 500 million baht (around US$15 million), supporting more than 1,200 social projects across Thailand.
Mentor Ada believes that “a better society begins with engaged citizens.” Her mission is to expand access to education, reduce inequality through human capital development, and cultivate a cross-sector network of next-generation leaders.
