พลังของการเปลี่ยนแปลงเริ่มได้จากสิ่งเล็กๆ รอบกายเรา MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 จึงได้เพิ่มกิจกรรมสุดพิเศษ “เรื่องเล่าซ่อมได้” สำหรับน้องๆ.เพราะเราเชื่อว่าในทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลงอันยิ่งใหญ่ ล้วนมี “เรื่องเล่า” เป็นหัวใจสำคัญ โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากองค์กรระดับโลกอย่าง Narrative4 ที่เชื่อในพลังของการเล่าเรื่องเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจ และซ่อมแซมความสัมพันธ์ในสังคมที่เต็มไปด้วยความแตกต่างและแตกแยก
Narrative 4 เชื่อว่า “เมื่อเราเปิดใจฟังเรื่องของผู้อื่น แล้วเล่าเรื่องนั้นออกมาราวกับเป็นเรื่องของตัวเอง เราจะเข้าใจเขามากขึ้น มองโลกต่างออกไป และเริ่มเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จริง”
กระบวนการที่เรียกว่า Story Exchange นี้ถูกใช้ในกว่า 20 ประเทศทั่วโลก เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจข้ามวัฒนธรรม ศาสนา และความเชื่อต่าง ๆ
ทำไมถึงต้อง “เรื่องเล่าซ่อมได้”?
เพราะการซ่อมแซม เริ่มจากการ “รับฟัง”
มันเริ่มต้นเมื่อเรากล้าที่จะเงียบ เพื่อฟังเสียงของคนอื่นอย่างแท้จริง และกล้าที่จะเล่าเรื่องของเราให้คนอื่นรับฟังด้วยใจ
กิจกรรมนี้จะเปิดพื้นที่ให้คุณ:
- แบ่งปันช่วงเวลาสำคัญในชีวิตของคุณ
- ลองมองโลกผ่านสายตาของผู้อื่น
- ฝึกฝนความเข้าใจและความเห็นอกเห็นใจในโลกที่ต้องการสิ่งนี้มากกว่าที่เคย
- เชื่อมต่อกับเพื่อนใหม่ที่คุณอาจไม่เคยรู้จักมาก่อน
- สะท้อนว่าเรื่องเล่าทั้งของคุณและของผู้อื่นนั้น มีพลังมากกว่าที่คิด
คุณจะได้เรียนรู้ว่า “ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ” ไม่ใช่แค่ความรู้สึก แต่มันคือพลังที่สามารถ ซ่อมใจผู้คน ซ่อมแซมความสัมพันธ์ และขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคม
น้องๆ จากโรงเรียนต่างๆ จะถูกจับคู่(เป็นกลุ่ม) และใช้กระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรื่องเล่าที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังบวก จากนั้นจะเปลี่ยนบทบาทและ “เล่าเรื่องของคู่ของตนเอง” เสมือนว่าเรื่องนั้นเป็นเรื่องของเรา
ไม่มีใครต้องสมบูรณ์แบบ ไม่มีใครต้องเป็นนักพูดที่เก่ง เพราะนี่ไม่ใช่การแสดง
แต่มันคือ “การเล่าเรื่องจากใจ” ที่ทำให้เรากลายเป็นคนที่เห็นอกเห็นใจ เข้าใจ และพร้อมจะลงมือเปลี่ยนแปลงมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม
เพราะเรื่องเล่าหนึ่งเรื่อง สามารถเปลี่ยนชีวิตได้
และเรื่องเล่าหลายเรื่อง รวมกันแล้วสามารถเปลี่ยนโลกได้

Story of Repair: Inspired by Narrative 4
At the heart of every great movement is a powerful story. At this year’s MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2, we invite you to take part in “A Story of Repair”, an immersive storytelling experience inspired by the global initiative Narrative 4. In a world that often feels divided, this activity is a powerful reminder of our shared humanity.
Narrative 4 is a storytelling movement founded on a simple but transformative idea: when we truly listen to someone else’s story—and tell it as if it were our own—we begin to build empathy, understanding, and trust. This method, known as the Story Exchange, has brought together people from all walks of life in over 20 countries, sparking deep human connections and community healing.
Why “A Story of Repair”?
Because repair begins with recognition. It begins when we stop and truly listen—to others and to ourselves.
This activity offers young people like you a powerful space to:
- Share meaningful moments from your life
- Step into someone else’s shoes and gain a new perspective
- Practice radical empathy in a world that needs more understanding
- Create genuine connections with people you might never have met otherwise
- Reflect on how stories—yours and others’—can inspire change and action
Through this journey, you’ll discover how empathy isn’t just a feeling—it’s a tool. A force. A spark for repairing relationships, communities, and even the world.
Participants will be paired up and guided through a warm, thoughtful process. Then, you’ll switch—and retell your partner’s story in the first person, as if it were your own. You’ll listen. You’ll speak. You’ll see the world differently.
This is not a performance. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real. And in that realness, something beautiful happens—walls fall, hearts open, and people change.
