โค้ชวิม เป็นทั้งอาจารย์ นักวิจัย และวิทยากรที่เชี่ยวชาญด้าน soft skills การสื่อสาร และการบริหารภาพลักษณ์ ด้วยประสบการณ์จากทั้งเวทีวิชาการและการอบรมภาคปฏิบัติ เธอเชื่อว่า ทุกคนสามารถพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นเวอร์ชันที่ดีที่สุดได้ หากได้รับการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมและตรงกับตัวตน
โค้ชวิมเป็นอาจารย์ประจำคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ และวิทยากรพิเศษในมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำอีกหลายแห่ง เธอสอนในทั้งหลักสูตรภาษาไทยและนานาชาติ ในหัวข้อศิลปะแห่งการสื่อสาร การสร้างแบรนด์ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสื่อใหม่ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์
นอกห้องเรียน เธอคือที่ปรึกษาด้านภาพลักษณ์และการนำเสนอให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผู้เข้าประกวด Miss Earth Thailand และนักกิจกรรมรุ่นใหม่ อีกทั้งยังเป็นหนึ่งในสามที่ปรึกษาภาพลักษณ์ชาวไทยที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสมาคมที่ปรึกษาภาพลักษณ์ระดับนานาชาติ (AICI) และเพิ่งได้รับเลือกเป็นประธาน AICI Thailand วาระ 2025–2027
โค้ชวิมมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และเสริมพลังให้แต่ละบุคคลได้ปลดปล่อยศักยภาพสูงสุดของตนเอง ไม่ว่าจะในห้องเรียน บนเวที หรือในชีวิตจริง เธอเชื่อว่าการสื่อสารที่ดี เริ่มจากความเข้าใจตนเอง และการเคารพในความแตกต่างของผู้อื่น ปีนี้ โค้ชวิมจะร่วมเป็น Pitching Coach ในกิจกรรม MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 เพื่อส่งต่อพลัง ความมั่นใจ และความเป็นมืออาชีพให้กับเสียงของเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่
Coach Vim – Dr. Vimviriya Limkangvanmongkol
A coach dedicated to unlocking true potential and authentic presence
Dr. Vimviriya or Coach Vim is a lecturer, researcher, and professional trainer with deep expertise in communication, personal branding, and human development. She strongly believes that everyone can grow into the best version of themselves, when they are supported in ways that align with their true identity.
She currently serves as a faculty member at the School of Communication Arts, Bangkok University, and regularly lectures at leading universities across Thailand. She teaches in both the Thai and International programs, covering topics such as the art of communication, branding, new media studies, and human connection.
Beyond the classroom, Coach Vim works closely with executives, changemakers, and beauty pageant contestants—including those from Miss Earth Thailand—helping them develop stage presence, impactful delivery, and a strong sense of self. She is one of the three Thai image consultants certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and has recently been appointed President of AICI Thailand (2025–2027). She was also a featured speaker at the AICI Global Conference in Manila, Philippines.
