Meet the 10 Mentors and Coaches Who Will Help Unlock Potential and Inspire Change for the Hackers of MISSION POSSIBLE Season 3
What happens when hackers from 12 Catholic schools across Thailand are once again given the opportunity to learn from leaders, innovators, educators, and changemakers whose work has been recognized both nationally and internationally?
MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 3 is more than a space where hackers come together to generate ideas and tackle some of the world’s most pressing social challenges. In its third season, the program offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn directly from an inspiring team of mentors and coaches whose experiences span international organizations, leading universities, community development initiatives, creative industries, and social innovation movements.
This season, hackers will meet four mentors whose life journeys and contributions demonstrate that positive change can take many forms. From promoting social innovation and strengthening community healthcare systems to inspiring others through art and storytelling, and standing up for human dignity and human rights, these mentors will share stories, lessons, and experiences from their own journeys. Through their examples, they will broaden perspectives, spark new ideas, and remind hackers that meaningful change does not always begin with something grand. Often, it starts with a small step, a determined heart, and a desire to make a difference for others.
So, who are the mentors that will inspire this year’s hackers?
1. Mentor Than Nitcharee Peneakchanasak A role model of resilience, determination, and advocacy for human rights.
2. Mentor Dr. Santi Lapbenjakul An inspiration for community-driven change through innovative approaches that go beyond conventional methods.
3. Mentor Ada Chirapaisarnkul A role model of lifelong learning and taking action for the common good.
4. Mentor Weeraphong Thaweesak A role model for inspiring social change through art and storytelling.
Alongside them, six Pitching Coaches will work closely with the hackers, helping them develop project ideas that are clear, creative, and responsive to real social challenges. They will also strengthen participants’ communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, empowering hackers to step onto the stage with confidence on the final day of the hackathon.
The six Pitching Coaches are:
1. Coach Luis Dr. Luis Kristhanin Expert in leadership and strategic communication.
2. Coach Poom Narudee Kristhanin Unlocking creativity through innovative learning experiences.
3. Coach Fon Athithan Ongpichetmetha Expert in audience insight and impactful communication.
4. Coach Vim Dr. Vimviriya Limkangvanmongkol Expert in personal branding, executive presence, and powerful presentation skills.
5. Coach Kate Dr. Sukritta Preechawong Expert in human potential development and experiential learning.
6. Coach Kaewjai Nacaskul Expert in strategic thinking and transforming ideas into meaningful solutions.
This year’s mentors and coaches bring expertise from diverse fields, including community development, social innovation, art and inspiration, leadership, strategic communication, branding, audience insight, creativity, human development, presentation skills, and strategic thinking. Many have worked with global organizations, multinational corporations, leading universities, and international professional networks. Yet what unites them all is a shared belief in the potential of young people and a commitment to helping hackers discover and unleash that potential.
More importantly, MISSION POSSIBLE Hackathon is not simply about presenting project ideas on stage. It is about learning how to think critically, collaborate effectively, listen with empathy, and recognize how one’s talents and abilities can be used to create positive change in society.
After all, meaningful change often begins with ordinary people who dare to think differently, take action, and believe they can make a difference.
The ten mentors and coaches of MISSION POSSIBLE Hackathon: Season 3 are ready to walk alongside the hackers, helping them unlock their potential, discover new inspiration, and transform ideas into action that can help build a better world.

MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon : Season 3 ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่ให้เหล่าแฮกเกอร์ได้ร่วมกันออกไอเดียแก้ไขปัญหาวิกฤตสังคมโลกเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นโอกาสพิเศษในปีที่ 3 ที่จะได้เรียนรู้จากเหล่าทีมเมนเทอร์และโค้ชผู้มากประสบการณ์ทั้งในองค์กรระดับนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำ ในการพัฒนาชุมชน ธุรกิจสร้างสรรค์ และการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมทางสังคม
ในซีซั่นที่ 3 นี้ เหล่าแฮกเกอร์จะได้พบกับเมนเทอร์ทั้ง 4 ท่าน ซึ่งล้วนมีเส้นทางชีวิตและประสบการณ์ในการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับสังคมอย่างไร้ขีดจำกัด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม การพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพชุมชน การใช้ศิลปะและเรื่องเล่าเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ หรือการยืนหยัดเพื่อศักดิ์ศรีและคุณค่าของความเป็นมนุษย์ ผ่านเรื่องเล่าและบทเรียนจากความท้าทายในการขับเคลื่อนและจะช่วยเปิดมุมมองใหม่ จุดประกายความคิด และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เหล่าแฮกเกอร์ เพราะการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีความหมายไม่จำเป็นต้องเริ่มจากสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่เสมอไป แต่สามารถเริ่มต้นได้จากการลงมือทำในสิ่งเล็ก ๆ ที่อยู่ตรงหน้า ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและความตั้งใจที่จะสร้างประโยชน์เพื่อผู้อื่น

4.เมนเทอร์วีระพงศ์ ทวีศักดิ์ ต้นแบบการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมผ่านศิลปะและเรื่องเล่า
นอกจากนี้ Pitching Coach ทั้ง 6 ท่าน จะมาร่วมเดินทางกับเหล่าแฮกเกอร์เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาไอเดียทำโปรเจคให้มีความชัดเจน สร้างสรรค์ และตอบโจทย์ผู้กำลังเผชิญปัญหานั้นๆ ในสังคมรวมถึงช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร การเล่าเรื่อง และการนำเสนอ เพื่อให้เหล่าแฮกเกอร์สามารถก้าวขึ้นเวที Pitching ในวันสุดท้ายได้อย่างมั่นใจ โดยทั้งหกท่าน ได้แก่

4.โค้ชวิม ดร. วิมวิริยา ลิ่มกังวาฬมงคล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาพลักษณ์และการนำเสนออที่ทรงพลัง
5.โค้ชเกด ดร. สุกฤตา ปรีชาว่อง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์
6.โค้ชแก้วใจ นาคสกุล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และการพัฒนาแนวคิดให้ตอบโจทย์
เมนเทอร์และโค้ชในปีนี้มีทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหลากหลายสาขา ตั้งแต่การพัฒนาชุมชน นวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม ศิลปะและการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ภาวะผู้นำ การสื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์ การสร้างแบรนด์ การค้นหา Insight ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การพัฒนาศักยภาพมนุษย์ การนำเสนอ และการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ หลายท่านเคยทำงานกับองค์กรระดับโลก บริษัทข้ามชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำ และเครือข่ายวิชาชีพระดับนานาชาติ แต่สิ่งที่ทุกคนมีร่วมกันคือความเชื่อในศักยภาพของคนรุ่นใหม่ และความมุ่งมั่นที่จะสนับสนุนให้เหล่าแฮกเกอร์ได้ปลดปล่อยศักยภาพในตัวเองอย่างเต็มที่
เหนือสิ่งอื่นใด MISSION POSSIBLE Hackathon ไม่ได้มุ่งหวังเพียงให้เหล่าแฮกเกอร์นำเสนอไอเดียโปรเจคบนเวที แต่ต้องการให้ทุกคนได้เรียนรู้วิธีการคิด การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การรับฟังอย่างเข้าอกเข้าใจ และการมองเห็นคุณค่าของการใช้ความสามารถของตนเองเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับสังคม
เพราะการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยิ่งใหญ่ มักเริ่มต้นจากคนธรรมดาที่กล้าคิด กล้าลงมือทำ และกล้าที่จะเชื่อว่าพวกเขาสามารถสร้างความแตกต่างได้
