เมื่อครูไม่ได้แค่สอน แต่เป็นผู้สร้างการเรียนรู้จากภายในให้กับนักเรียน

MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon ซีซั่นนี้จัด session พิเศษขึ้นเฉพาะสำหรับ Team Coach หรือ ครูผู้เป็นพี่เลี้ยงจาก12 โรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วม โดยทีมงานได้เปิดพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ผ่านเวิร์กช็อปชื่อว่า “แปลงครูให้เป็นโค้ช” ซึ่งไม่ได้เน้นเพียงทักษะการสอน แต่ชวนคุณครูสำรวจบทบาทใหม่ของตนในฐานะ โค้ชผู้ฟัง เข้าใจ และนำทางด้วยคำถาม
เวิร์กช็อปนี้นำโดยสองโค้ชผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ: โค้ชปุ้ม ณฤดี คริสธานินทร์ — ผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์กร ผ่านการฝึกอบรมกับ Adam Kahane, เป็น Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator และโค้ช ดร.หลุยส์ คริสธานินทร์ — ที่ปรึกษาและผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร กลยุทธ์ และศักยภาพบุคลากร
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยโจทย์สร้างสรรค์โดยให้ครูใช้ ชิ้นส่วนเลโก้ สร้างภาพแทนตนเองและนักเรียนของตน ผ่านกระบวนการ LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® ที่เปิดพื้นที่ให้ครูสะท้อนคุณค่า ความเชื่อ และความสัมพันธ์กับลูกศิษย์ในรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ จากนั้นเข้าสู่กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบโค้ช โค้ชหลุยส์ชี้ว่า
“โค้ชไม่ใช่การสอน แต่เป็นการถาม ถามเพื่อให้เค้าหาคำตอบของตัวเอง เค้าจะภูมิใจว่าเป็นตัวเค้าคิดเอง”
โค้ชปุ้มเสริมว่า “การโค้ชคือช่วยให้เค้าค้นพบคำตอบที่เป็นของเขาเอง…หน้าที่ครูคือให้เด็กไทยเราสามารถตั้งคำถาม และคำตอบในช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม”
จัดเต็ม 2 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง พร้อมเครื่องมือในการฝึกฟังและการตั้งคำถามให้มากขึ้น รวมถึงสร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทของครูและโค้ชที่เป็นกระบวนการส่งเสริมกันและกันแต่ในรูปแบบต่างกันตามเวลาที่เหมาะสม ทั้งหมดคือเพื่อให้เด็กได้คิดและเรียนรู้ ไปพร้อมกับความภูมิใจในตัวเอง คุณครูหลายท่านสะท้อนประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่ได้จากกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ว่า
“ได้เรียนรู้ที่จะนำเทคนิค ‘บอกให้น้อยลง ถามให้มากขึ้น’ ไปใช้ซึ่งมันพลิกบทบาทจาก ‘ครูผู้สอน’ สู่ ‘โค้ช’ที่แท้จริง’”

ท้ายที่สุดคือเสียงสะท้อนจากเวิร์คชอปครั้งนี้คือ “ครูคือโค้ชที่สำคัญที่สุด” เพราะเมื่อครูเข้าใจและใช้กระบวนการโค้ชได้จริง ความเป็น “Coach” จะไม่จบลงที่เวิร์กช็อปนี้ แต่จะยังคงอยู่ในห้องเรียน นอกห้องเรียน และในใจของเด็กๆ ตลอดไป
When teaching goes beyond instruction—toward learning from within
As part of this season’s MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon, a special session was held exclusively for the team coaches—teachers serving in pastoral roles for student teams from 12 participating schools. The workshop, titled “Transforming Teachers into Coaches,” was designed not just to enhance teaching techniques but to invite educators to explore a new role: that of a coach who listens, understands, and leads with thoughtful questions.
This special session was led by two highly respected facilitators:
- Coach Poom Narudee Kristhanin – A leadership and organizational transformation expert, trained by Adam Kahane, a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, and certified in Executive Coaching from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, University of California – Berkeley.
- Coach Dr.Luis Kristhanin – A senior advisor and executive-level consultant specializing in organizational development, strategy, and human potential.
The session began with a creative task using LEGO® bricks, where teachers built symbolic representations of themselves and their students. Through the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, the activity became a reflective space where values, beliefs, and relationships were expressed in powerful visual form.
The session then transitioned into coaching fundamentals.
Coach Luis shared “Coaching is not about teaching—it’s about asking. Asking so that they find their own answers. That way, they’ll be proud it was their own thinking.”
Coach Poom added “Coaching is about helping them discover answers that truly belong to them… The role of a teacher is to help Thai children learn to ask questions and seek answers at the right moment.”
Over the span of two and a half hours, the workshop provided tools for deep listening and powerful questioning, clarifying how the roles of teacher and coach support children in different but complementary ways—encouraging them to think, reflect, and feel proud of their own growth.

And one message resonated with everyone in the room:
“Teachers are the most important coaches.”
Because when teachers embrace the mindset and method of coaching, its impact won’t end with this workshop—it will live on in classrooms, beyond the classroom, and in the hearts of every child they teach.
