The 6th Pitching Coach brings narrative power and marketing heart to help teams pitch ideas that resonate and inspire.

At the heart of Coach Kharen Limfueco-Pascual’s work is a belief that stories can move people, and people can move the world. As Marketing Director for Activations and Strategic Partnerships at Ayala Malls Corporate Marketing, Kharen brings brands, communities, and causes together through meaningful experiences that inspire connection and creativity.

With a strong foundation in values-based leadership from her education at Assumption Antipolo and Ateneo de Manila University, Kharen has always seen marketing as more than just promoting products. To her, it’s about purpose: telling stories that matter, building partnerships that uplift, and designing activations that serve both business and community.

Over the years, she has guided campaigns rooted in empathy, cultural relevance, and collaboration. Her strategic yet soulful approach ensures that every project resonates deeply with both audiences and partners. Whether leading a national initiative or mentoring a young creative, she remains committed to authenticity and impact.

As a mother of three daughters, Kharen sees leadership through the lens of patience, presence, and possibility. Her role as a mentor extends beyond the boardroom. She finds fulfillment in empowering others, especially the next generation of changemakers.

This October, she joins MISSION POSSIBLE: Youth Social Hackathon Philippines Edition (Oct 24–26, 2025) as one of six Pitching Coaches. Drawing from her expertise in marketing, communication, and narrative-building, Coach Kharen will help student teams sharpen their pitches, not just to sound good, but to mean something.

For her, a great pitch isn’t about fancy words. It’s about clarity, empathy, and intention. She encourages youth to understand their audience, embrace their authenticity, and turn ideas into stories that spark change.

Coach Kharen believes that creativity with conscience is a powerful force and that the best campaigns begin with a human heartbeat. Through her presence at MISSION POSSIBLE, she hopes to inspire youth to not only present their ideas with polish, but to lead with purpose.
