โค้ชโรสเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารจากหลากหลายวงการ ทั้งการศึกษา สื่อสารมวลชน การฝึกอบรม และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เธอจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านบริหารธุรกิจจากมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ และศึกษาปริญญาโทด้านนิเทศศาสตร์จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
ในเส้นทางอาชีพ โค้ชโรสเคยเป็นครูพิเศษและโค้ชนักเรียนตอบปัญหาภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นบรรณาธิการข่าว และ Account Supervisor ที่ Ogilvy & Mather รวมถึงทำหน้าที่พิธีกรสองภาษา จากนั้นเธอเข้าสู่งานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝึกอบรมโรงแรมเชอราตัน แกรนด์ สุขุมวิท และขยายบทบาทสู่การเป็นวิทยากรและที่ปรึกษาด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้กับองค์กรชั้นนำทั่วประเทศ และได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรในมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำ โค้ชโรสยังเป็น Senior Trainer ของ Plan-IT Consultant รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาผู้บริหารและนักศึกษาในด้านทักษะการนำเสนอ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการสื่อสารเชิงลึก
สำหรับงานภาคประชาสังคม โค้ชโรสเป็นผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งมูลนิธิเดอะเรนโบว์รูม เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายทางการเรียนรู้ และกำลังพัฒนาตนเองด้านการศึกษาจิตวิทยาผู้ใหญ่กับ PRH International ประเทศฝรั่งเศส
โค้ชโรสเชื่อว่า “เด็กทุกคนมีศักยภาพในตัวเอง และเมื่อได้รับความเข้าใจ เชื่อมั่นในตัวเขา เขาจะพัฒนาเป็นตัวเองจนเต็มศักยภาพ และใช้พลังนั้นสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จริง” ปีนี้โค้ชโรสจะมาร่วมเป็น Pitching Coach ในกิจกรรม MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 เพื่อส่งต่อความกล้า ความอ่อนโยน และความมั่นใจให้กับเสียงของเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่

Helping people find their voice through empathy, expression, and presence
Coach Rosalina “Rose” brings a rare blend of experience across education, media, training, and human development. With a background in business and mass communication from Assumption University (ABAC) and Chulalongkorn University, she has spent decades helping others communicate clearly with confidence and compassion.
She has worked as a high school teacher and debate coach, an English news editor, a bilingual event host, and an Account Supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather. She later moved into human resources and became Training Manager at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, where she designed service culture and communication programs. She has trained executives, led corporate workshops, and been a guest lecture at universities such as Chulalongkorn, Thammasat, and National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
Coach Rose has led sessions on presentation skills, negotiation, customer service, and creative thinking. She also mentored students preparing for graduate study abroad and advises leaders on executive communication and personal delivery.
In social service landscape, Coach Rose has co-founded The Rainbow Room Foundation, advocating for positive awareness about neurodiversity, and has served as growth accompanist and Educator-in-training of PRH International, an adult psycho-pedagogy.
Coach Rose believes that everyone is born with unique gifts—and that with trust, understanding, and encouragement, young people can discover their voice and grow into their full potential.
This year, she joins MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 2 as a Pitching Coach to help participants express themselves with clarity, courage, and care.
