Coach Kit Malvar-Llamas is a conscious strengths-based coach, leader, and the co-founding force behind Conscious Alchemy, a movement that empowers people to live and lead with inner alignment, courage, and compassion. With over two decades of experience in youth development, environmental stewardship, and values-based leadership, Kit has worked with changemakers, families, and institutions across the Philippines.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Cornell University and has dedicated her life to helping individuals reconnect with themselves because she believes that meaningful change in the world must begin within. Her unique approach blends emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, and strengths-based coaching to unlock authentic confidence and courageous communication.
Coach Kit supports individuals and organizations across generations – from student leaders and youth communities to schools, companies, and parents. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, the first Filipina based in the Philippines certified by Dr. Shefali on Conscious Parenting, somatic practitioner, and licensed facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, she bridges science and soul to help others build meaningful impact grounded in personal integrity.
At the heart of her work is a deep respect for lived experience. Whether she’s mentoring changemakers or leading community & corporate workshops, Coach Kit creates spaces for others to feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead from within. Her greatest classroom, she often says, is at home – where she learns daily from her husband and two daughters about the values of presence, trust, and curiosity.
This October, Coach Kit joins MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Philippines Edition (October 24–26, 2025) as one of six expert Pitching Coaches. She brings her deep presence, empowering energy, and compassionate clarity to help young Filipinos pitch not only their ideas – but also their truth, passion, and purpose.
