Coach Fon Athithan Ongpichetmetha, a believer that confidence is built through depth, intention, and understanding.

Coach Fon is a marketer, strategist, and business leader who believes that powerful communication begins with understanding people. When we truly understand the needs, challenges, and motivations of our audience, a presentation becomes more than simply sharing an idea—it becomes an opportunity to build trust, connection, and action.

After earning her Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London, Coach Fon began her career at Leo Burnett Thailand, where she worked as both an Account Executive and Strategic Planner. Working with global brands gave her extensive experience in marketing, branding, strategic thinking, and pitching. Through these experiences, she learned that the heart of every successful presentation lies in discovering human insight. Only by understanding people can we communicate solutions that are clear, relevant, and persuasive.

Beyond her work in business, Coach Fon has served as a marketing lecturer at Chitralada Technology Institute and as a Mentor Guest Speaker for marketing courses at Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy. She is currently the Managing Director of The Culture Co., Ltd. and plays an active role in managing her family’s businesses across multiple industries.

As a coach, Coach Fon believes that confidence does not come from speaking the loudest or appearing the most polished. It comes from deeply understanding what you are presenting and being able to communicate it with clarity and conviction. Through this approach, she helps the MISSION POSSIBLE hackers identify the heart of their ideas, sharpen their message, and communicate their value with confidence.

For Coach Fon, a great presentation is about helping the audience feel understood and demonstrating how the solution being presented genuinely responds to their needs.

This year, she joins MISSION POSSIBLE Youth Social Hackathon: Season 3 as a Pitching Coach to help participants turn understanding into communication and ideas into impact.
